  there is a 0 missing after the first 0
  
  execute sql:
  
  INSERT INTO `modules` VALUES (NULL, 'Gallery', 'mod.php?mod=gallery ', 'icon.gif', 'gallery', 0,0,'', 0, 0, 'mainmenu', 'Photo Gallery');
